The section on "Odor Investigation" includes various cases where unusual odors have been detected, such as "an unusual odor occurs after renovation," "an unusual odor occurs when the air conditioning unit is turned on," and "only one room has an unusual odor compared to other rooms," along with examples of inquiries and countermeasures. Additionally, we also introduce the process of odor investigation. All investigations are conducted by odor judges who hold national qualifications under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of the Environment, as stipulated by the Odor Prevention Law.
